Just got my iPod back after sending it for repairs. Applecare is really cool. I went to the shop at Wheelock, dude says Apple can pick up my iPOd and service it. Great! I don't need to travel all the way North to send it. I was given a url, and dude says can go to the site using their iBook. Neat! Fast forward. 3 weeks later the Speedpost guy came to my office and collected my iPod. Apple provides the box, all you need to do is just wait for it to be picked up.

But the best thing is they gave me a refurbished set. Fantastic! My old one was scratched pretty bad....so it's just like getting a new unit. Thanks Apple! You really made my day.
