Pssst! Did you know...
...that a headless cockroach can live for one week? If you call it a bluff you are wrong. Cockroaches can survive without food for 1 month and remain alive, headless, for 1 week. It's true. Look at Wikipedia if you don't believe me. And it is speculated that cockroaches will inherit the Earth after humanity wipes itself out after a nuclear war. Not apes.
And this site has got more great bluffs. It's a godsend for trivia freaks everywhere.

Oooooops
Saw this as a sticker in a pub yesterday. And what made it more relevant was this CNN article.
Analysts said the meeting is turning out to be a public relations disaster for Singapore, which has spent about S$135 million ($US85 million) on the event, hoping to showcase its financial industry and tourism appeal.
Instead, the world press has focused on Singapore's restrictions on free speech and right of assembly.

Song of the moment
Peter Bjorn & John "Young Folks"
I've been looping this song over and over, playing it like junkie needing his fix. Can't get enough of that happy whistling, addictive maraca shaking, sexy female vocals and simple bass. Great album too. Wish radio will play more songs of this calibre more often. But then again, I wish they won't.
