Guy, (slight grimace): Ermmm...I don't know....
Hair stylist: It's nice what.
Guy decides to take charge, style his hair according to his taste: I like it this way
Hair stylist: Ok lor. It's your hair what.
Well, that guy was me. And I wish I can say that to every client who rejects my idea.

How fast does it take for you to take a sip of your favourite cola?
6 secs? 4 secs? In World Cup internet time, that's quite slow.

After this morning match between the 2 soccer behemoths, Germany and Italy, it takes only 2.33 secs to update the scores at the official FIFA website after the final whistle was blown. I used a stopwatch and I'm on caffeine overdose; you cannot refute my discovery.

And what a great game it was. This coming from a non soccer fan. At the last 2 mins before extra time ends, Italy scored. And at the final seconds, they scored again! Worth every single drop of coffee I drank today.

Smoke Signals
Now that smokers aren't allowed to puff at local eating places (you can only smoke at designated tables), it's easier to find a seat at your favourite kopi tiam. It's like the authorities is helping us smokers reserve the tables there.

And the feng shui these tables are subjected to; let's just say if you want to make out with a street whore or transact a 10 billion dollar drug deal, this is the best place to do it. No one will notice what you are doing.

And with the recent increase of cigarette prices passed along with this law, it really helps assuring a table, cuz a lot more people will be put off by smoking and decides to quit.
